TRAINING SESSIONS

We train every week on Thursday evenings at Sale Leisure Centre from 19:30 - 21:30. Please get in touch with us before you attend a session so we can let you know about our COVID-19 protocols and confirm our next training session details. 
 

Thursdays from 19:20 - 21:30, indoors.
