Renegades vs. Wasps Match Report

Last Sunday saw the Manchester Renegades go head to head with the Man Uni Wasps at Sale Leisure Centre.

After an intense start, the Renegades opened up the scoring in the first half with an early goal from our newest member Yvonne! With Regenades possession dominating the first half, the Uni Wasps struggled to get a foot hold but were by no means out for the count, as the second half saw a change in their fortunes for the Wasps.

Whilst the Renegades attack opened numerous opportunities to score, the ball just wouldn't go in for the Renegades team in the second half, with some nail-bitingly close shots and more than a few sharp intakes of breath.

As other teams have mentioned, the Wasps carried a sting in the tail, taking advantage of their opportunities to score in the second half the match, the game ended 3-1 to the Wasps.
