The Exec Committee exists to ensure the smooth running of the club and is made up of Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. We meet once a month to discuss items such as recruitment, funding, training, coaching courses and any issues that may arise from our members.

Three or four times a year we hold full committee meetings to include team managers, coaches, social secretaries, tourno secretary, and our child welfare officer. This is an opportunity to get any concerns out in the open and to update people with things going on within the club.
 
If you would like to get involved in the running of the club, election of officers takes place every year at our AGM, which is usually held during May.
