Q: What do I need to bring to training?

A: Basic gym kit, drinking water bottle, and money for the pub afterwards.

Q: Where exactly is the leisure centre?

A: The address is: Sale Leisure centre, Broad Rd, Sale, Manchester, M33 2AL
Broad Road is just off Northenden Road in Sale and it is 100m from Sale Metro Station.

Q: What is the nearest metro station to Sale Leisure Centre?

A: The Sale Metro Station stop is about 100m from Sale Leisure Centre.

Q: Is there parking at the leisure centre?

A: Yes, the leisure centre has 2 car parks a small one at the front and a larger one around the back.

Q: Can I just watch the first time?

A: That’s fine, but its best to simply get your gym kit on and join in.

Q: Do you play other teams?

A: Yes, we play various other teams in the area, but in the evenings and also at the weekend.

Q: How fit do you need to be?

A: there are four teams in the club, if you’re new, start in the lower teams and work up.
