FREE Korfball taster session for new players!

We’re hosting a free taster session for anyone interested in coming along and trying something new. Whether you want to take up a new hobby, get fit or meet people, korfball could be the sport for you!

You don’t need any special equipment or anything so just turn up in normal gym kit and give it a go.

1-2.30pm on Saturday 21st January upstairs at Sale Leisure Centre.

It would be helpful for us to get an idea of how many people will be coming so if you are thinking of joining us please drop us an email at manchesterkc@hotmail.com.

  • Man Uni tournament The University of Manchester Korfball Club would like to invite you to their Korfball tournament on Saturday 3rd December, which will be held at The Sugden Sports Centre in Manchester, from 9.30am-5pm.   • Christmas Party Put the following date in your diary now - the MKC Christmas Party will be held on Saturday 10th December.  The plan for now is to meet between 7-7.30pm at the Bavarian Beer/Mulled wine stand, Xmas Markets, Albert square, Manchester before heading to Pizza Express on St Peter's Square for delicious Christmas pizza or pasta (see attached menu).  All are welcome in enjoying further Christmas spirit(s) at Revolution afterwards until late.Make sure you pay Lisa a £5 before November 24th to secure your booking.

Member of the month

  • October 2011 Lisa McEvoy

    Lisa has only been with us a few months and in that time she's thrown herself into korfball, volunteering for two committee positions at the AGM. Not thinking she had enough on her plate, we asked her to be Team Manager for Manchester Bengals this season and she's not only doing a great job there but she's also been helping to make sure the Renegades can field a team every week too.
